Our 4 Step Process

One. Design Consultation

Following our initial discovery call we will book in a 2hr Design Consultation with you.

During the consultation we will discuss the finer details of your project including establishing a detailed space by space brief.

The consultation is an opportunity to pick our brains on anything and everything. We will ensure to identify your major pain points, understand your goals and discuss potential design solutions to overcome your problems.

The consultation is a quick and easy way to get your hands on some expert advice. Its also the perfect time to get to know your designer to ensure we’re a good fit for each other.

Armed with a complete project scope we will then prepare a fee proposal for you, should you wish to further engage our design services.

Two. Design Development

Upon acceptance of our fee proposal we will book your project into our schedule (start dates and project timelines will be highlighted in our fee proposal).

After receiving your Welcome Pack we will set up access to a personalised Project Dashboard which will provide you with a holistic view of your project as it develops. You will have 24 hour access to all project related documentation including contracts, proposals, invoices, design development documents, mood boards and more!

Having all your project files in one place just makes everything easier, and you always know where to head to find the information you are looking for. You can even review and approve proposed items via individual room planners with dynamic budgets assigned to each space.

Once we have prepared your Concept Designs we will organise a presentation to showcase our proposed designs alongside samples of colour, material, and fabric selections.

Following our Design Presentation we work through a revisions process before finalising a complete set of detailed design documentation including plans, elevations, isometric 3D perspectives and product schedules.

Three.Construction Pricing

Over the past 10 years we have forged relationships with a network of top quality builders and specialist tradesmen. Our experience working with these suppliers first hand gives us the confidence to recommend them to our clients knowing that they will deliver the high level of service and quality that we would expect from a supplier working on our own home.

As a result we can connect you to a range of professionals that are perfectly suited to your individual project, whether it be big or small. We further simplify the process by sourcing pricing on your behalf. We do all the leg work so you don’t have to.

For complete peace of mind, you are under no obligation to proceed with any quote that we source for you and may chose to engage your own team of suppliers should you so wish.

Four. Design Implementation, Procurement & Styling

Designing your dream home is only the start of process. The final step is ensuring that those designs are implemented accurately during the construction/renovation and that the vision is fully realised.

If you choose our Signature Service we will be with you every step of the way until you are handed back the keys to your newly renovated or beautiful new home.

We will schedule regular site visits at key intervals during the construction/renovation phase to review work progress and ensure it is inline with the design detail. Having your Interior Designer present throughout the build is invaluable and can help to identify or prevent potential errors that may pop up and ensure the build progresses without unwanted delays or additional unforeseen costs.

As part of our Signature Service we will also style your space for you once all furniture deliveries have been received, so all you have to do when you open the door is to pop the champagne and celebrate.

The hardest part is going to be deciding who you are going to invite over first!
